In today's age where many of us are looking for authentic and real connection, the best way to show up is by being yourself. Showing you in action doing the things you do. Whether that's working in your office, getting a coffee, walking the dog, meeting with clients, any content that makes you a relatable human. Combine this imagery with a strong and valuable caption, and you'll be building a recipe for success on Social Media.

You can, however, we recommend that you don't. Especially for the first time, we suggest keeping it to simple b-roll only.

This means doing anything other than talking to the camera.

By having to deliver lines, we do not know exactly how many takes you need in order to get it right. This will take time away to film a variety of shots with you in it.

An alternative could be to add a voice-over afterwards. This is one of the available add-ons you will find when booking your video shoot.

Absolutely!

First, think of a few different scenes that can be easily filmed within the same location, or very close to each other. We want to minimize the commuting time as much as possible, so you get more time to actually film.

Second, we recommend bringing a few different outfits that you can change into for each different scene to add more variety to your shots.

Third, if you have a "good” side, please do inform our cinematographer. There's nothing more frustrating than to wish you were filmed from the other side, after the fact.

Lastly, we do not provide any hair- or make-up on the day of the shoot, so if this is important to you, please arrange this yourself.

You sure can! We include it as an optional add-on, as well as a few other additions. You will find these add-ons on the booking page.

If you realize on the shoot that you would like a bit more time, you can chat with the cinematographer to see if he/she will be available, depending on their schedule. We charge $75 + GST for every additional 30 minutes of filming time.

We will deliver your video content within 10 business days.

That said, we usually aim to send it within the first few days after the video shoot.

You will receive 1 complimentary revision cycle on the videos. When asking for changes, please combine all your feedback for ALL videos into a single document or email. Any changes that come after that may be subject to revision fees.

You can reschedule your videoshoot free of charge as long as we have 24 hours of notice or more. In case of weather pending shoots, we allow for a minimum of 12 hours notice.

We don't charge any cancellation fee, but we also do not provide a refund. You can always reschedule your appointment, or we'd be happy to change the title on your appointment if you’d like to give it to someone else.
